What is Reiki Healing?

Reiki healing originated in Japan, based on the idea that life force energy flows through all living things. Disruptions or imbalances in this energy can lead to illness or emotional distress. Reiki practitioners channel this energy to help restore balance, promote relaxation, reduce stress, and facilitate healing.

Our growth and evolution are influenced by our physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing. Our spiritual growth and sense of greater purpose can often be overlooked in arenas that focus on those specific areas. In order to fully actualise our potential, we need to evolve and integrate all aspects of ourselves.

 

Start Your Reiki Journey

On my own spiritual healing journey, I have always received as a client before considering training in any of the modalities I offer. It’s important for me to embody what I teach and share with others. This path for me began with my commitment to Meditation through joining a sangha and committing to regular meditation. I later went on to receive and then train in Reiki healing. This has been a fundamental approach in my spiritual growth, working with the energy body, spirit, and being guided by my intuition.
